Spicy Onions...

One of the lads at work recently passed his 3 year probationary phase and as a wee celebration, we are having a curry tonight.

Last time our "Resident Chef" on the watch made a cracking chicken curry and I made some "Spicy Onions" to accompany the poppadoms and as the lads enjoyed it so much, we were both was tasked to make some more for tonight.

So that's the morning taken care of.

Afternoon is off to the pool for some training.

Then off to work where hopefully we will find a small amount of time in between the "chaos of fire calls" to enjoy the food!!!
