Tiny stars

Close up, the open seed pods on the sedum in the 'yard look like tiny brown stars.

Don't know what on earth came over me today. Made a big pot of soup (Ribollita), then actually tackled some of the cleaning tasks that have been neglected over the last few months. Spring cleaning 6-months late (or 6-months early, depending on which way you look at it)! Lots of cleaning - light shades, kitchen shelves, top of the fridge. Washed everything on the kitchen shelves too; those on the top shelf were surprisingly dusty. More of the same tomorrow, methinks...
