Bond, James Bond

We were very brave today and went to the cinema for the first time since the pandemic started.  We chose the 12 o'clock viewing at the Everyman Cinema as (a) there shouldn't be too many young people there and (b) they have built in social distancing as all seating is twin sofa based.  We also chose aisle seating.  The cinema was quite busy, I think we were the only two wearing masks.

Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed the film, James Bond at its best incorporating all the car chases and explosions you would expect.  The story line was there, but as it is a three hour film it wasn't worth thinking too much about that, just sit back and enjoy the stunts.

We took a packed lunch with us, though there was table service too on offer as it was over lunch time.  On leaving we went to Waterside for a coffee at what used to be the Baguette Barge, but now is a fully functioning bar/coffee lounge on water.
