Day 1 Level 3 Lockdown Step 1

We were a bit lazy today and didn’t go out for a walk.  However, we did need to go out in the car to put up a real estate sign for my daughter and pick up some shopping for my Mum. On the way home hubby spotted the beautifully-shaped trees in the main blip and I couldn’t resist the brightly-coloured Leucospermum Cordofolium in the extra.

There were 39 new community cases today, 9 of those in the Waikato region and 30 in Auckland. Sadly, one death was also reported - a man in his 50s, with underlying health problems, who had been in ICU for 40 days.
