Bring me Sunshine

Fabulously sunny and the bees were out in force on the asters.

A session at the gym this morning followed by a lovely visit from my favourite uncle and aunt this afternoon so it had to be clotted cream and scones with homemade damson jam. 

Dad out of hospital this morning and I'm heading north tomorrow to see what's what.
