Blue – the colour of healing

I got double jabbed today- flu and Covid vaccines together, one in each arm.
Tonight I have aching arms but apart from that no effect.
 
There seemed something incongruous about the way we ``’oldies” queued up with the students at Stirling university for our jabs, all suitably masked.
 
Afterwards I popped in to see the latest exhibition from the university art collection entitled “Blue”.
Based around the theme of health and wellbeing, the colour of healing, is an appropriate choice as we come out of the pandemic in our uncertain times. 
These regular exhibitions at the university offer the only source of contemporary art outside the major cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow in the central belt of Scotland offering an oasis of culture in a cultural desert.
