Women's cycling tour of Britain

A grey day but fairly warm .

This morning I woke with a headache, took some tablets and had a lazy time.  Just before 11 K. came round and we went outside the house to watch these ladies cycling by.  I think there were probably about 50 of them, I chose this shot for the man on the bike taking film, it looked like a balancing act!  Also you can just see over the rider in pink some of the school children who had come outside with a teacher to watch.  Not usually this amount of activity in our village and the race is on TV tonight!
After lunch K. and I walked to see some friends for tea and chat and then walked home, lovely afternoon.
