That being the dedicated post code for the Birmingham Council House. It's the well known Floozy in the Jacuzzi in the foreground. Not the first time she has featured (see also Day 37) but this is a much wider shot. My only motivation today after Snapshot Monday was to get a high quality image of something nice to look at.
