Walk test

Not wanting to miss out on the bus pass walk on Tuesday I decided to do a “gentle walk” to test out my knee.  And with the lovely sunshine being back Imwasmgoing stir crazy in the house.  Just a 3 miler around St Ives Estate and the knee held up okay. —:I was careful not to do any sudden twists or turns.  Just a few of the sights up there in the late afternoon sunlight. Knee aching a bit this evening, but hopefully on the mend.
