An Audience of Cormorants

The gentleman we fondly refer to as "Popeye" (recently immortalized by fellow blipper Kd) is spending some peaceful time fishing aboard his lobster boat this afternoon.  I am happy to report that the local "fisheries advisory board" is keeping a close watch on the whole affair from their mooring buoy vantage points.
