Rydal Water

Mr P had played in a golf competition today. I thought his muscles could do with some cold water therapy and invited him to join us for the Monday evening dip. 2 chaps in wetsuits Most of us girls in "skins" but we do have more flesh covering  than the chaps which I am sure helps.  12.8°C , getting colder every day. The swim was "invigorating" . This is Mr P stumbling out of the lake
