Well, not so hidden as this was taken from the bridge. Just a delightful scene with verdant vegetation encroaching on a derelict corrugated iron building.

Doreen’s move to the care home went so very well. She was glad to go although sad to be leaving her home of over 44 years. A period of adjustment for all over the coming weeks. We’ve a house to get ready to let to bring some income to help offset.

Susan was far more emotional than her mum. The house had been her home since she was 17 until we bought our house in 2000. The emotional impact has been exacerbated by us having to do everything ourselves and with no meaningful contact from the family today to support Susan.
