La sopa del día

Today’s soup is broccoli with blue-cheese scones.

I garnished the soup with a swirl of blue-cheese dressing, a sprinkle of nooch and a few twists of black pepper.

The scones were made with Ilchester vegan blue cheese. I had a minor travesty, which I won’t bore you with; I recovered from it and, despite everything, the scones even rose a bit. Improvement!
