Day 8 Level 3 Lockdown Step 1

We popped out to buy salmon for supper tonight, and also to post birthday cards.  Hubby designs and prints all our cards and he even produced two for my Mum to send, which she was very grateful for.

We saw a piece on Seven Sharp, an evening TV programme, about a chap who has designed “nose clips” that fit over the part of the face mask that sits on the nose.  They are intended for people who wear glasses to hold the mask firmly against the nose to stop their glasses fogging up.  The chap who designed them prints them on a 3D printer.  We decided we’d support him and ordered four nose clips, which arrived in the post today, along with an additional complimentary one.

I had a little bit of fun arranging the clips and the business card to look like a face (sort of), and that is my blip for today.

There were 55 new community cases today, 43 in Auckland and 2 in the Waikato region. It’s never-ending!
