Out and Down

The sun came out in the afternoon and the clear sky lasted until sunset at 6.35pm. I took Katie and Gordon to a puppet show after lunch and we hung about Dunbar for the rest of the day. When it became apparent that a good sunset was on the cards, we headed to the beach and bopped about for a while. Lovely!

The puppets were fun, maybe they could have been a bit better, but the children really enjoyed the show so that's the point. Then an hour in the snow, playing in the park before a compromise visit to the pub - comics, sweeties, crisps. And home via the sunset.

I was in Edinburgh in the morning and popped up Calton Hill for the morning light. That was a lovely way to start the day but didn't really yield any good images. So, brilliant to see this sunset.
