Fluraichean

A grand day out.

We headed over to House of Dun near Montrose and enjoyed exploring the gardens (still lovely with lots of flowers, bees & butterflies), the Angus folk museum in the courtyard and finally a tour of the house, which was very well done with three guides playing different characters. 

We then wandered around the basin at Montrose - we didn't see the geese (wrong time of day) but did see curlews, redshanks, shelducks, a heron and the omnipresent oyster catchers.
