Grand Entrance

..through which the wedding carriage passed through. The couple then had a second shower of bouquet garni confetti as they walked down marquee entrance walkway. Pic taken today when walking the dogs and collecting our car.

Extra shows the place setting name envelopes with a message variant on the rear suggesting we plant the seeds contained within for the bees. Each napkin also had mini bouquets of grain heads and dried rose heads;  hand made by the brides family at each place setting.

As anticipated I had to take a rest break mid way through, so had a short walk back home along the well maintained and dry paths through the fields. Following a 2-3 hour sleep, back down for dancing etc until the end at around 1:30 am.
