Sticky Toffee Pudding - a belated Bake Off Tuesday!

An exact repeat of yesterday’s unusually mild and sunny weather, so this afternoon mowed all the lawns and did some pruning, before baking a Sticky Toffee Pudding, my belated entry for last Tuesday’s Great British Bake Off desert week challenge. It may not look the most attractive of deserts, especially the way I dolloped it out, but boy did it taste good! Can’t recommend the recipe highly enough, very easy. Be warned though, not a good recipe if you’re on a diet!
