BCAM2021 Day 17

Ben had an appointment for his second jab today down in Caloundra, at the new vaccine centre.

We had arranged to meet Tom and Sandy after for lunch and it was a lovely surprise to have all the family show up too. I got lots of cuddles with my grand niece Annie. She’s so cute and was conveniently wearing a little pink dress.

Tom had tandem jumped out of a plane yesterday so it was good to hear about his experience. He’s still sore from when the parachute deployed, and the straps around his shoulders that pulled him back up.

Picked up a leg of lamb on the way back to have a Sunday roast dinner which turned out beautifully on the bbq.
