Crocus goulimyi

A  typical, lilac form flowering in the sand bed, somewhat damp but still standing.   After tomorrow's stormy weather it may be a different story.

A grey, damp sort of day.   Tired.   A morning admin session with Ruth  including a chat with her social worker.   A kind social worker, doing her best but it's over a year now since she said, new to the case, that we'd have things sorted by Christmas - last Christmas.    There's a health manager meeting this week but I'm not expecting much from it.   We'll see.

Meg had a decent walk this afternoon, roads, lanes, fields and town, ahead of my trip away tomorrow.  Katie will house and dog sit overnight as I am dropping Ruth home tomorrow and heading down to Poole after.  Wednesday I'll return with Jamie.   Mum  and Chris came round for tea, Mum having arrived earlier and met Katie who dropped in, before helping Ruth with more apple jelly.   I cooked a 'Breakfast Tea' for us all.  Fun.
