Chutes

I may have been wrecked from yesterday's race, but I couldn't resists a ski day. The snow was horrible. A little bit of powder on top of hard, icy, crunchy, terribleness. Except for the chutes - they were quite awesome. (FYI - no fish angle lens involved in this photo).

Standing at the top of a chute. B drops in first. Double ejects on the first turn. (they were borrowed skiis and apparently needed higher DINs) He proceeded to tumble ALL the way to the bottom. P went down to the skiis and threw the first one at B. It bounced down the chute and B caught it. Now that is some skill. The second didn't quite make it, but I think I can let that slide after being doubled up laughing over the fall and the first ski recovery.
