Pickled Shallots

We went to Great Dunmow this morning for one of my husband's appointments. I did ot take any pictures while we were out.

Once home we had a late lunch and while it was cooking I peeled some shallots, which are today's picture.

The temperature at GMT today in my home village was nineteen degrees Celsius.
