Red Licorice #2

The wardrobes were finished yesterday so we were able to move back into the main bedroom. We're still waiting for the new curtains but otherwise the refurb is finished. We could probably do with some new flooring but at the moment I don't think we want the upheaval that would entail. In any case the fitters did an excellent good job of making the carpet good up to the wardrobes. I know lots of you, well some of you, well at least one of you was interested in seeing the new red room, so here you go. We are really pleased with everything, and think the red is much nicer and classier than the previous pink.

We thought today we would have a lie in after a couple of weeks of having to set an early alarm because of the various jobs being done. I'd just had a shower when at the unearthly hour of 10am there was a loud rapping at the door. I looked out of the window and there was a large van parked outside. It was the delivery of the new bath which was missing off the previous bathroom delivery. The garage is now pretty full again.
