Larch Cottage Nurseries

Kanyl and I decided to have a run out to "Melki" (Larch Cottage Nurseries melkinthorpe).  As it happened CLickychick had finished her session of taking portraits so she came along as well.  When we arrived it was raining, so obviously there was only one place to go - Casa Verde - the café.

While we were in there the rain stopped.  Great!  So we set off following our usual route around the gardens, stopping to take shots of autumn colour, flowers, water droplets etc.  

The last time we visited there was work going on down at the far reaches of the gardens.  It appeared to be just a"feature" path running into the border.  It was a surprise to find this new path, not just a feature.  The path runs up to the arch just visible at the top left of the shot.  It looks as if it will eventually run through to link into the lower sales area.
