Derelict Mill House

The old mill house was burnt out over a year ago now and just left to rot. I believe it was listed but I am sure the developer would love to demolish it now.
Pumped up the car and caravan tires this morning and filled the windscreen washer container.
Then unpacked the new planer, assembled it and gave it a test all worked as it should in fact I think this one runs a little smoother. 
Watched a film on tv this afternoon then went for a walk.
Thick cloud most of the day and that cool wind has dropped
