Lemon Tree . . .

. . . very pretty, and the lemon flower is sweet
But the fruit of the poor lemon is impossible to eat . . .


Today it took awhile to find an inspiring blip.  The birds weren't posing, I'm a bit over flowers, the skies were grey, it was cold sitting outside waiting for birds.  Finally I crouched under the lemon tree and found this pretty group.  It produces a lot of lemons so I always have a slice to put in my gin.
