Pudding

I made a no added sugar fruit cake and I really don’t like it. Not because of the sugar, but it’s all fruit and hardly any cake. I looked online and found a recipe for a sort of bread and butter pudding but using cake instead of bread. It’s yummy so at least it won’t be wasted.
