Autumn leaves

We went for a short walk this afternoon to post some birthday cards. I thought there would loads of autumn colours but most of the trees are still green.  
We wasted a lot of time trying to sort out our Virgin contract. We still have the SIM card that has never been in any phone and is still stuck to the accompanying letter. We suddenly got a bill for £7 for it. They sent it when we got the broadband package. We could write pages about all the problems with the TV and broadband package and the lack of communication from them. They are astonishingly bad at customer service.
