A Tree Falls

Big crash and boom behind the house. I've heard the sound before so knew a tree must have fallen. Sure enough a big tree which had always caught my eye due to the knobby growth. It looked even more impressive after it fell. Thankfully, no one was underneath it.
Busy Tuesday. Went to work and saw 5 appointments, then went to get a haircut, and then to the grocery store and back home to finish the paperwork or in this case the computer notes.  Went for a short walk with Betty and found the downed tree. Such is life out here in the woods. The excitement never ends.
