Semi-retired for the past year and I highly recommend not working more than 3 days a week. I guess I should add that I'm a clinical social worker and retired from a Veteran's Healthcare Center right when things got bad with Covid in 2020. Now, I'm doing a bit of independent contracting work counseling felons just out of prison and living in a halfway house/work program. Big change! Having time to be more creative, enjoying photography, bicycling, long walks, drinking coffee, playing piano, and reading. Probably, what's more important is what I'm NOT doing since leaving the FT gig.  Things like feeling trapped all day in an office, endless computer work, boring meetings, and the ultimate buzzword:  "performance measures". Total burnout. Now, life is good again and wish I could have done it sooner. Looking forward to trying to take a worthy photo every day.
