Red Kissabel

This morning I thought I might see if I could find something I could blip for abstract Thursday (monochrome). I then decided to use up redcurrants and blackcurrants from the freezer to make a crumble. I thought I would also add the two red kissabel apples. The apples are unusual as the inside has a red colouration. It also looks a bit like a pair of lips, though I doubt this is responsible for the name. Before adding them to the crumble I took this image, which is my blip for the day.
