Witch’s Cat

Mrs madwill and I took our daughter and the two granddaughters to Sundown Adventureland (near Retford) for a Halloween adventure day. It was not too busy, and the queues for the bigger rides moved fairly quickly. Lunch was much more successful than in York yesterday we used the park fast food outlet…chicken burgers and chips for the adults and fish fingers and chips for the children. Food arrived quickly, was very hot and tasty and a lot cheaper than the restaurant inYork.

The girls had a fabulous time and we just enjoyed seeing them have so much fun. The park had been decorated throughout with a Halloween theme and there was an activity for children to find the witches’ cats  located throughout the park..there were nine (I think), all different shapes and with different coloured eyes…we found them all and the girls ‘won’ a prize of a small bag of sweets…some of which they ate on the way home!

We are all very tired - especially after yesterday
