Weather front in motion

It was a horrible, dreich morning, so I had my head down on the accounts, and thinking about business strategy for the post-oil, post-independence era. Then Mrs Oons said, we really need to go the bank this afternoon.

Driving beside the Firth we saw this extraordinary change coming in. The weather front really was that straight a line. The sky's reflection really did take on that look of aquatint.

Business done, on the way back there wasn't a cloud in the sky. The swannery has now expanded from 6 birds to 23, and they were having a convocation.
