Galaxy of goodness:

red (purple) cabbage
carrots

ginger

I was interviewed (randomly I think, forgot to ask) by the Office for National Statistics.  One of the questions was "On a scale of 1--10 how happy were you yesterday?" 

Answer? 10.  I found out the obnoxious young woman dentist I'd been assigned when my beloved dentist retired had left the practice.  So it was no problem for me to switch to another.  Doesn't take much.
