The soup that wasn't

gathered to become hot soup
it wasn't to be

I knew I wouldn't have a great amount of energy by the end of the day, so I took advantage of a spike of energy mid-afternoon to gather the vegetables I would need to make a soup for dinner. However, when the time came that energy had deserted me completely. The soup will have to wait.
