Wigwam

Arrived in Wales to glorious sunshine having left the snow back in Lancashire. So excited to see how great our Wigwam was! Our site was a field at the side of a lovely Welsh farmhouse...just four Wigwams on this site and only three were occupied. A couple of caravans which were being used by farm workers and that was all. We had the use of a kitchen, hot showers etc to ourselves. The Wigwam itself was really toasty....I had been thinking that we might freeze but we were almost too warm. It smelled woody too. I loved it and the boys were in their element. At night the bench seats converted into beds....it was a real den. I now want to do something similar with the our own dutch shed! We took it easy this first evening. We had a walk with Hovis around a cycle lane...chatted with a couple of the farm workers and a family who were from South Wales and then got an early night.
