Hallowe'en

Woke to grey skies. A couple of hours online tutoring and a dullsville afternoon by which time it had started to drizzle, becoming steady rain long before 6.30pm.  So we (Sally, Alan, Kat) changed our plans and rather than using the minibus, a taxi collected us at 6.45 to go to Mavi restaurant outside Didim for a Halloween themed dinner with live music. The rain continued all evening, in fact, if anything, it rained even harder as the night wore on but didn't dampen our spirits.  A room full of local expats, a three course dinner, drinks and live music provided by "The Bees" a duo performing mostly sing-a-long-classics from 60's to 80's made for a fun and very different sort of evening, and a great way to say goodbye to October 2021.
