Good Friday equals Great Friday

Due to a snowy morning, a walk in the hills was switched to a walk on the beach. What a great choice. A short and easy train ride to North Berwick and a 20km walk back along the beach to Long Niddre. Beautiful aqua blue seas and sunshine with open views to the snow falling on the Pentland hills. Just to feel the sun on my face was so cathartic and made me promise to make these short trips out of the city more often. Chewing the fat, offset by mindfulness conversations, with Trudi as we walked along, stress flowing away with each ebb and flow of the waves. Jazz running into the sea - if you could see a dog smile, he was definitely smilling.
