Oh dear, these rock shoes have had it. It's not surprising as they're more than six years old and the toes have been shoved in many a crack, but they're so comfy!

I've another pair, exactly the same but half a size smaller, which I've only been wearing at the wall so far, but it's time to wear them outside as well now. I can't throw these away though, not yet.

I went into the charity shop this morning but soon realised that I didn't really feel like it - this cold virus is continuing to try and drag me down... but I'm fighting it!
