In the infinite wind the wings of one's beliefs
Are quick and urgent as the wings of birds, --
Configurations of the thin day air

The larches along the field are in their yellow stage. About a month ago they were still green. Over the summer this bank of trees was practically lush. Soon they'll be bare again.
