Impossible?

Our crucifixes exhibit the pain, but they veil, perhaps necessarily, the obscenity: but the death of the God-Man was both.
(Charles Williams)

This is a scene from the one-man play Impossible God written by Frank Topping and performed here by Mark Topping at my Church. It is the story of the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ, from the perspective of onlookers either directly or indirectly involved with the events. The characters really brought the story to life in an unusual and thought-provoking way.

This song comes with pictures that show some of the horror - and the obscenity spoken of in the above quote - of those few days (you have been warned!) but this is sometimes necessary to understand the significance.
