Remembrance

Poppies have appeared in the garden of Queen's Cross Church.

I noticed the poppies as I was passing by on my way to lunch at Cafe Andaluz. I had intended to walk, but it was just starting to rain slightly, so I almost changed my mind and took a bus. But as can be seen from the shadows it was also sunny. I decided to take the risk and continue on foot.

Very pleasant tapas lunch and some red wine. For once we did not order too many tapas! There is a fixed price offering, but it is really too many tapas for a light lunch.
