Autumn trees

A lovely morning run today with my friend Keith who actually helped with lots of my long runs pre marathon. It was cold and crisp but beautiful and now the clocks have changed it was light before I got back home. The trees in my street are turning beautiful autumn colours.

A busy day at work today but stopped for lunch and met a friend which was also lovely…

Have way through the week already.
