It’s that time again.

Defrosted the kitchen freezer, and the chest freezer in the utility room today, followed by a trip to the butcher’s to fill them up again.
 
Once again it was my intension to photograph the somewhat photogenic butcher’s shop, but once again . . .   One day (maybe).
 
Venison steak for tea tonight with a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon breathing ready to wash it down.
