Candles under water

I got some fireplace votives that make our fireplace glow without lighting the logs...very satisfactory!
Here they are after a bit of faffing. 
Thank you to everyone for the presents and kind words yesterday.  Our whole family avoids driving on the freeway where the accident happened.
