Open Wide

A view of my dentist’s new waiting room, very airy. Luckily I wasn’t early and even luckier it wasn’t raining. Possibly my quickest visit ever though; check, clean, polish, that’s your lot, goodbye. At least I think she said goodbye, hard to tell through the double mask.
Another setback with the sourdough starter as my first recovery attempt failed. Less mould but less is no good. So today’s loaf is starter-free; still tastes OK but it’s not the same. Fingers crossed for recovery Plan B.
