The weather has turned wintry, temperatures have dropped and winds and intermittent rain are now the norm, although inbetween there are small bursts of sun and blue skies. This is an EFB of a climbing rose in the garden before a massive thunderstorm hit - I doubt there are any petals left now. I was outside when simultaneous lightning and thunder struck right overhead: I felt my heart jump and all my bones rattle, and thought for a moment that I'd been hit. It was like being by the speakers at the loudest rock concert ever. Nature is amazing.
