Emergency Blip - carrot cake(s)

Dreich and grey here today and a very high tide.

We went to our health centre for our booster jab.  Very quick and painless and a very well organised process.  Thanks to the team there.

We were going to take a trip to Ulverston but thought better of it with such dismal weather.  So, I took to baking 2 carrot cakes this afternoon and that will have to be my emergency blip as I am lacking any other inspiration.
