Reading and Cooking and the Cat

Spending some of the time at home on my own while Leyna does grandma duty - we’ll not entirely alone - there’s always this one to keep me company when it suits her! Went over to the grandkids house to cook dinner and read to Micah a book he borrowed from the school library about a girl and her dad who had lost their mother/wife in a restaurant shooting - interesting examination of their relationships on a level that a 12 year old is able to engage with. This while Leyna watched a Chipmunk film with Zoe. Also managed to get in another chapter of Tess.p
