Belmont House Sale

A better day, still windy but sunnier this afternoon. 

Up fairly early, and got the house tided and car packed.  Took Sammy out for a walk.  Headed up to Julie's, and spent time with them before leaving, and also lunch.  Back home in the afternoon.  I'm working in the shop tonight. 

House for sale, offers over £395,000, if only.   This beautiful 18th century Georgian house was built in 1775.  Two acres of land, three reception rooms, four bedrooms, and currently sleeps ten.  It was restored in 2011, to a high standard, keeping many of the original features, or replacing with similar.  It has been used for holiday lettings, sadly never managed to hire it.  It's been on the market for a couple of months now, shame I don't have that kind of cash free, or I'd snap it up in a minute.  Taken at Belmont House, Belmont, Unst.
